The Bondi Golf & Diggers Club Needs Our Support
Whichever way you look at it the Bondi Golf and Diggers Club is not a pretty building. But it is very old school Bondi and a beacon of authenticity in our community. There are not many places that you can say that about these days.
We particularly love going up on Thursday evenings for the best Sri Lankan curries you’ll find anywhere in the city – cooked from scratch by chef Roche. It’s a fantastic place to gather with friends and family for great food and incredible views (the beach, the ocean, the harbour bridge).
The future of the club is potentially under threat, pending the granting by Waverley Council of a renewed long term lease and licence, and so we ALL need to show our support via the relevant Have Your Say page, by posting just a few words to let them know how much this place means to the community.
