Friends Lara and Kiara are sitting waiting for their children to finish their swimming lesson.

The kids are participants in the Yurungai Swim Programme, an Indigenous water safety program teaching swimming and other practical water safety skills. The programme is run by Barnados.

Kiara’s 4 month old might have to wait a bit.
