Harry and Morgan and Kyveli Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Well this was a a fun meet. We happened upon these 2 olives on the promenade last Friday in the late afternoon as they were spruiking Kyveli their olive oil company. They were doing blind taste testings; their oil against one of the best selling Australian oils. The difference between the two was striking. Kyveli was richer and so much more flavoursome.

We bonded with them as, like us (although MUCH younger), they are a small business doing everything themselves. And it was obvious how much they care about what they are selling.

For their wedding last year they were gifted the olive farm in the Southern Peloponnese in Greece that has been in Harry’s family for 200 years. It has been an organic farm since the beginning and that tradition continues.

We introduced them to our local Greek run grocery store, North Bondi Grocer, who took a box on the spot.
