Temo and Martha are both here on working visas. Temo is from the US and Martha is fro the UK. They both work at Rivarino Gelato which is where they met.
Rivarino is the latest edition to Bondi’s now long list of gelato offerings. By some estimations it’s the best. Pistachio is a particular favourite of someone here at Bondi Observer. Our question is, once you have the best gelato like what you’ll find at Pompei, Messina and Mapo for example – how do you make it better?
