Bondi girl Lola hasn’t lived here for 14 years. Study in Melbourne led to study in the Netherlands that led to love and setting up home in Rotterdam.

She has been enticed back here for a friend’s wedding (thanks Lucy!) but leaves again in about 10 days. As her parents we are thrilled that Lola and her partner Gijs are coming back for a 2 year stint from as early as this time next year.

Lola went to Delft in the Netherlands to do her Masters in Mechanical Engineering but now works as a kinetic artist and jeweller. See some of her work HERE.
